TULA Skincare - kloveharmon review for Glow & Get It Cooling & Brightening Eye Balm

I suffer from terrible insomnia and year-round allergies so I pretty much always have dark circles under my eyes. This Tula eye balm makes it look as if I have just slept a full 8 hours and woken up fully refreshed and ready to go! The best thing about this balm is that it's a roll-up stick so there is absolutely no mess and it is perfect for travel. I keep mine in my skincare fridge so it is even more cooling and refreshing. Applying it cold also helps with puffiness. I love that this balm includes probiotic extracts because probiotics can help calm irritation. (*As a side note: it does not contain live cultures)
