The Abib Rebalancing toner is a winner! I wash twice just to be sure (there's a lot of particulate dust here). So you can imagine my surprise when the cotton ball came away dirty right after I washed!  It made my skin instantly feel better, and primed for the next step in my skin care regime.  While I have combination skin, I have sensitive areas that tend to break out when my skin doesn't like something.  I have not seen any irritation or reddening after use - quite the contrary!
