Product for PIE(that you really tried please)

Hi! I've suffer from severe PIE for more than half a year now. I use Vitamin C and Azelaic acid 20% which is the HG of most ppl with PIE but the marks barely reduce. I also use niancinamide, BHA, centella, and ceramide. I'll attach my product below. So I'm wondering is there any product that you guys think will work better than the listed below? Or at least work for you and how long? I'm also thinking of trying retinoid for fading them... What do you guys think?

how long did you use all this product did you wait until 6 to 8 weeks first amd see the result?did you use altogether the products? you can include one product in your routine and use it until 6 to 8 weeks first if there's no reaction or improvement you can change to other product. I'm using the inkey list niacinamide I'm on my 2month using it right now but i only see one or two PIE has faded but still has some of them that are not faded yet

I've been sticking to my routine for 6 months+ sadly. I use the actives alternatingly and continue with the rest of routine. I heard many people liked the niacinamide seruk from inkey list, but it's very similar with atO's so I'm still contemplating on getting it... But really thanks for responding ❤

retinoids are what have worked best for me! I would recommend them the most. Also this cleanser works really well for both PIE and PIH i love to use it and leave the foam on as a mask about once a week and it helps a ton

I’ve used tretinoin and I’m now on Epiduo. I don’t think there’s really any good retinoid for “beginners” you definitely just gotta make the decision if you wanna commit to it because the purging is rough but it is worth it. Tretinoin was ALL peeling and dryness but got rid of dark spots and whiteheads super quick. My purging only lasted about five weeks and the results came quick. Epiduo is helping a lot more with blackheads and the purging is more with pimples and not dryness but I only started a few weeks ago. Both make your skin dry and sensitive type so it’s a big commitment but the long term results pay off :)

Keep using azelaic acid, it takes a long time to work but it did work for me. I would also start using a low strength retinol and make sure you have high strength SPF.

I think I've heard that licorice wouldn't budge PIE, but the retinol might have work(?) I'll take a look on to Cerave, thanks!

Retinol is a good option. you can also try this one from the inkeylist. paula's choice also have one. They are more geared to fading PIE and the likes.
