how long did you use all this product did you wait until 6 to 8 weeks first amd see the result?did you use altogether the products?
you can include one product in your routine and use it until 6 to 8 weeks first if there's no reaction or improvement you can change to other product.
I'm using the inkey list niacinamide I'm on my 2month using it right now but i only see one or two PIE has faded but still has some of them that are not faded yet

I've been sticking to my routine for 6 months+ sadly. I use the actives alternatingly and continue with the rest of routine.
I heard many people liked the niacinamide seruk from inkey list, but it's very similar with atO's so I'm still contemplating on getting it... But really thanks for responding ❤

retinoids are what have worked best for me! I would recommend them the most. Also this cleanser works really well for both PIE and PIH i love to use it and leave the foam on as a mask about once a week and it helps a ton

Can I know what retinoid are you using and your experiences (peeling/purging/etc)? And would you recommend that for beginners?

Keep using azelaic acid, it takes a long time to work but it did work for me. I would also start using a low strength retinol and make sure you have high strength SPF.

These two contain Licorice Root Extract, an ingredient that can help you solve skin issue like PIE:

I think I've heard that licorice wouldn't budge PIE, but the retinol might have work(?) I'll take a look on to Cerave, thanks!

Retinol is a good option.
you can also try this one from the inkeylist. paula's choice also have one. They are more geared to fading PIE and the likes.
