A hydrating toner would be great for your dry skin. My favorite one is the Klairs Supple Prepartion Toner. There’s a frangrance and fragrance free version, in case you’re sensitive to fragrance. I’ve used both and find that the fragrance is not strong at all. This has a thicker consistency and I find it great to do 7 skins with too!
