When to use I'm from mugwort essence

Hi I know essences generally go after toners but since I'm from mugwort essence is a fermented product should it be placed first thing after cleansing and toner afterwards? Thanks for your help

I put it right after cleansing and then use a toner or continue with the routine. Mugwort essence also has a very watery texture, more than most toners.

I use them together often too 🙂 I use Mugwort essence first and then Rice toner

Thanks, I did see this. But then I've also seen people saying that fermented products should be applied as close to the skin as possible so I'm a bit confused
