When to use I'm from mugwort essence

Hi I know essences generally go after toners but since I'm from mugwort essence is a fermented product should it be placed first thing after cleansing and toner afterwards? Thanks for your help

I put it right after cleansing and then use a toner or continue with the routine. Mugwort essence also has a very watery texture, more than most toners.

Yes I noticed it's quite runny. I'm using it together with the I'm from rice toner which is also quite runny. So I don't know which one to put first

Hey~ I didn’t use this Essence before, but I found out that u should apply it after using your toner :)

Yes I think I will have a good look at their consistency and see if I can tell which one is runnier and then apply that first
