Make it as simple as possible. For me, it looks like: ⛅ AM Cleanse with water Moisturizer Sunscreen 🌔 PM Cleanse Balm It works for my skin type and climate, you might have to adjust!

I go back to a basic routine when this happens. skip any potentially irritating actives such as exfoliating acids. look for ceramides, peptides, and fatty acids in your products as those are going to help repair and maintain your skin's barrier. these are the products I personally use.

I recommend you this product, it helped me a lot ;-) And you should try to stop using or minimize for a while products that contains actives like chemical exfoliaters,... A very simple yet effective skincare routine is the best - >cleanser->moisturizer->sunscreen.
