I've seen a lot of people complaining about this lately!! this seems to be a technical issue!! The best way to have this problem solved is by contacting them!!

This happened to me when I was just starting with Picky. The issue eventually rectified itself after a few days of being active on the app and I was able to upload a profile photo.
