Small bumps on arm (🆘)

WARNING: Some people might be uncomfortable with the photo 😅 I've been struggling with this since young and always been very insecure because of these little bumps on my arm. I don't know what are these, I once showed the doctor and she say she don't know as well. It's not scar and I don't think it's acne as well cause it's not like ance but sometimes it's very obvious, sometimes it's less visible. ANYONE who knows what's this and how can I cure it ? Or any products to use on this ? Or anyone struggle the same thing as me and had recover from it? Please anyone help 🥲 it made me so insecure, I don't even dare to wear sleeveless 🥲

I would go to a derm if I were you. But from a non-professional point of view it looks like keratosis Pilaris. Cerave SA cream is very good for this but still, go to see your derm to makew sure it's not some allergic reaction. 🥰
