They are really great! The toner made my skin feel very soft and smooth. I would recommend giving both a try but if you had to pick one I would recommend the toner mostly because I have a lot of moisturizers and the Jart one doe about the same job but the toner was really unique and the results it gave me were not like most toners.

If money is not an issue (Dr Jart is expensive) and you can tolerate essential oils, then go for it. It is a thick cream and very good for Dry skin.

i love the cream smmm ! its a really unqiue texture ! its very thick and feels like a layer of protection but not greasy and overwhelming ! also my skin has never been this soft when using the ceramide or the tiger grass cream !

I think if you're outside in the winter the dr.jart ceramidin cream would be great! It's thick and occlusive so it'll form a barrier against the cold and wind while holding in moisture.
I've used the ceramidin liquid as well and while lovely I don't think it'll serve the same purpose as the cream in protecting from the elements. There also tons of other hydrating toners that have a similar effect and feel that are a bit cheaper.

Both products are too heavy for my oily skin so I believe they would work well for drier skin types. If I may suggest one thing, it’s to use a more occlusive moisturizer as your last step to trap everything in. This will be like a film or a physical barrier that will prevent water loss and dehydration. Common occlusive ingredients are waxes, petrolatum, lanolin, mineral oil, dimethicone, and silicone.
