I used a local brand that I don't think is yet available outside of Africa unfortunately. But it was 10% Azelaic acid and it really helps with redness too

I have tried the niacinamide the ordinary before it didn’t make any difference for me I used it for 6 months but the good molecules one was suitable for my skin
