Sure. What I recommend 1. Cleansing - oil based cleanser like Banila Co, Nivea Cleansing oil for evening. During the morning and evening after using oil-based cleanser go for foam cleanser with pH around 5.5. Why is it important? Bacteria p.acnes loves pH above 6 and it might cause more acne. Cleansers i recommend - cosrx and Heimish 2. Toner - you can use cosrx aha/BHA toner, by wishtrend mandelic acid might be better for sensitive skin, it works a lot like BHA even if it's aha and you can use it on daily basis 3. Essence - mugwort essence from I'm from, missha or hanyul should work well. 4. Serum - propolis serum from iunik makes miracles for acne prone skin, innisfree green tea seed serum - great for acne too. 5. Eye cream - I use ahc but I'm sure you can find something lighter 6. Moisturizer - cosrx centella cream is great for post acne scars and acne itself. Iunik has centella gel too. 7. Sunscreen - isntree Hyaluronic acid sunscreens should be a great option Additional, what you can use - masks: axisy masks with mugwort are great, pre-made Clay masks too but don't leave them to dry, make sure they are moist so it's good to spray them with a mist

When you are just breaking out and have active acne I would not recommend any active ingredient on your skin because it will make the matters worse. My advice would be to stop using products containing aha bha retinoids and such and just keep a minimal skincare routine, and maybe add a calming and soothing serum/toner/ essence. You skin is inflamed, your skin barrier is broken and active ingredients will continue to inflame the skin and just make everything more painful and worse. When the things calm down a little you can contiu with the active/s of choice

I agree with this comment I believe in starting super simple and building up. you have many lists of amazing product options so choose those that best suit your skin, environment, current meds (if any) and build your way up.

I too have acne-prone and sensitive skin. I use mostly La Roche Posay Effaclar line and Toleraine. Avene is also great for sensitive skin and won't cause further breakouts. Remember to exfoliate...I use an electric brush with my cleanser. Also, I switched my foundation to a mineral base and it made a huge difference. My sunscreen is also mineral base from La Roche Posay. Try a couple of new products at a time so your skin doesn't react. I would keep to a basic routine: cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer, eye cream, and sunscreen. Our type of skin can't handle too much product or chemical. Once it's cleared up you can try one new product at a time, but right now less is more! Hang in there, it will get better! Remember that your skin is on a 28 day cycle, so it will take a bit to see results and scars take longer to go away, but it does happen! I hope this helps! πŸ’—
