yes mee too,usually toner with runny texture,they like forming into bubble or foam,usually it doesn’t disturbing me,when the toner starts to soap up i quickly pat pat my face,currently im using anua and cosrx pure fit cica (boths soap up),back then i think i didnt rinse my face correctly after using facewash 😂,but if i shakes the toner bottles its turn into bubbles or foam too

you’re absolutely right!😅 I sometimes think it’s residue from the cleansing step too, but it happens quite frequently 😂

mine too! sometimes when i use snail essence from cosrx its foam up too, i think that maybe the cleanser wasnt cleansed enough or the ingredients itself is easy to foam up like snail

Yea. I experienced it with Somebymi’s toner. It feels weird but it gets absorbed and doesn’t leave any sticky feeling.

Interesting! Do you pat in the toners or rub/massage them?
I pat in the toners & haven't experienced the "lather" effect. ☺️

I pat them in and spread all over my face, not rub. I use the COSRX essence too but it doesn’t happen with that texture, so it’s more of toners

I experience that even though I just pat toner using my hand. I already rinse my face and hand throughly. I wonder why too
