Interestingly, my acne is trigged by whey protein, but not really by other dairy products like yogurt or cheese. I had cut out dairy for almost two years before I realized my skin was fine with it!

I love dairy! And I don't think my skin is affected by it though I've never actually tested this fact. My acne are more hormone prone anyway. But my younger sister thinks it affected her and that her skin breaks out less when she avoids dairy.
