Choice of retinol(beginners)

I introduced retinol to my routine around 6 weeks ago. I'm using these on different parts of my face and neck. For the first month, I applied once a week. 5th week onwards, I'm using the serums twice weekly. I apply retinol using sandwich 🥪 method! I've got sensitive skin. Thankfully, I've not experienced any irritation or purging ☺️

I started using retinol with the ordinary. but now I use tretinoin. every brand has its own version of retinoids. you should start with mild and build your tolerance up

I'm currently using backuchiol for beginning and then I will try the Geek & Gorgeus.

i use this one from theinkey, i dont use it every night. i use it every three days (gradually adjust usage, until your skin can tolerate the product) i use first a moisturizer then retinol and again a moisturizer (sandwich method they call it). i have a sensitive skin so applying retinol directly gives me irritation.. Don't forget your sunscreen everyday♥♥♥♥
