Unfortunately, there is nothing in it that should cause tingling unless you are sensitive/irritated by a certain ingredient. It’s not ideal to be feeling tingles after applying this mask. If you don’t notice more side effects, it’s up to you to decide whether to continue using it or not, but i wouldn’t rebuy it and probably not use it anymore as it may one day cause a stronger reaction 😭

this product contains alcohol and fragrance, so perhaps your skin might be sensitive to those? even if you’re not actively breaking out etc, a stinging sensation isn’t a good sign! you might be sensitizing your skin over time, and a damaged skin barrier can snowball into other skin issues. good luck! x

Maybe u could wait till ur previous products are properly absorbed by the skin then only apply a thin layer of this. If u still feels uncomfortable using this product then u shld probably discontinued using it 😇😇

does it have any actives in it? are there any glycolic, lactic, salicylic, retinol in it? because it it doesn't, it could be because you have a compromised and damaged skin barrier or it could be a case in regards to your routine. Maybe there was something in your routine during that specific tine of putting that mask that maybe u thought it was the mask that was causing the tingling. I advice you to assess the ingredients of the mask and evaluate every product of your routine during that period of time to see what was causing the reaction/stinging. It could be the products you have put beforehand. If there are decent and safe ingredients, then maybe it could be your skin barrier acting up/giving a sign that it needs restoration and backup. It was a skincare myth that stinging means that the product is working/effective but it was debunked by many skin experts that it could actually cause harm than good.

and patience is important! don't abruptly put products one after the other! give it time to be absorbed by the skin otherwise it could be rendered ineffective or can cause pilling.

Have you incorporate actives when you used it or add new product? I have learned from my derma that moisturizers and sleeping mask is the least to cause you breakout
