Hi there,
I have sensitive skin and having similar routine like you have but for PM only.
I start with double cleanse, then BHA toner, I wait 5~8 mins, then I follow with Niacinamide serum (or Salicin serum, depends on what my skin needs on that day). after serum, I wait 5 mins and follow up with moisturizer. Hopefully it helps you .
Good day !!

generally its not recommended to mix differebt actives unless they are formulated in 1 product ! but you could use the SA profuct in the morning snd the aha/bha toner in the evening ! niacinaminde can be used with almost every ingredient , so no worries there

Usually it’s not advisable to use two products with acids at the same time. However, the cosrx aha bha toner is extremely gentle and if your skin is okay with it, then you can use it with salicylic acid. It was not exfoliating enough for me, so i would always follow the toner with a 2% salicylic acid serum, but it’s important to know your skin and how much exfoliation it can handle 💙
There is no problem in using acids and niacinamide in the same routine 🥰

It's better to use one active at a time, however, the aha/bha toner from cosrx is very gentle so it should be ok if your skin is used to actives. Look out for irritation and stop using if it occurs! ❤️

Remember to protect your skin barrier.
Too much exfoliation my damged your skin.
I have that toner and when I use it, I combine it with light weight moisturizers and collagen serums.
