fungal acne cleanser reccomendation

the innisfree green tea cleanser works fine on my regular pimples but due to frequent wearing of mask and ppe i developed fungal acne and now the products that works well with me before doesnt work as much. I became sensitive to every ingredient i use. can you reccomend me cleansers safe for fungal.acne and as well as the regular pimples. thanks 🥰

i recommend the salicylic cleanser by the inkey list or cerave. you can also use nizoral anti dandruff shampoo because it has Ketoconazole. Also, check your routine and see if it has any ingredients that may cause fungal acne
