yes it is, it just means that you have to reapply your sunscreen more often ! you can also boost the protection with antioxidants such as vitc ! other ingrediengs you should avoid is aha since it does make the skin more sensitive to the sun as well

If you will be able to get spf 30, it’s best to use a higher spf, but if you don’t have the ability to do so, spf 15 is better than nothing and it has proven to be helpful in preventing cancer.
As far as photosensitivity, BHA doesn’t cause photosensitivity and there are actually some studies that suggest it can be uv protective (but i believe there is still not enought evidence).
Ingredients that cause photosensitivity are: retinol, AHAs (especially glycolic acid - it has been the most studied in that aspect, but other ahas are probably having the same effect), hydroquinone, citrus oils

Vitamin C and AHAs cause photosensitivity too. You should be fine indoors, reapply regularly and keep away from windows!

In this case just make sure that u r always reapplying sunscreen throughout the day !! 🥰🌟

it is should be fine as u just being active indoors :) i also just applied for spf 15 only if i were only worked indoors , but it's more better with spf 30 and above as sun rays can enter by the windows ~
