Which toner is better?

I’m torn between gettiny the Klairs unscented toner vs. I’m From Rice Toner. 🤧

Both absorb fast and leave no sticky feeling. The Klairs one is very hydrating and has a viscous texture. The I'm from one has a watery texture and contains niacinamide so it has brightening properties.

I have dehydrated skin right now and some stubborn marks. Thank you for this! I’ll go with I’m from 😊

The one from I'm From is definitely more moisturizing since it's a milky toner. Whereas the Klairs one is more hydrating. Texture wise I believe the Klairs one is more viscous and gloopier. It all really boils down as to what you prefer in a toner.
