Can I use a green tea toner with glycolic acid in the morning though it’s In a lower percentage

Do you think I can use this green tea toner in the morning it has glycolic acid in it but it’s far down in the ingredient list because I heard it is better to use glycolic acid in the night

if its not marketed as exfoliating toner , the glycolic acid probably acts as humectant in the formulation !
