They don’t look too bad. You can use something like niaminicide, it’s not as strong for acne as salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide but its just as effective especially if you have sensitive or dry skin. I’d start there. The ordinary has a good one for a low price.
If after at least a month your still dealing with the bumps try a salicylic acid cleanser at night like the one from CeraVe but this can be drying to your skin so don’t over use. Try 3x a week to start.

hi! i recommend using products with ingredients like salicylic acid , aha and retinol. if its fungal acne I recommend Ketoconazole and salicylic acids. ill link some products here :)
