I use it before moisturizer. I think of this as serum in form of cream because it's not very moisturizing.
Make sure everything you put underneath this cream is fully absorbed before applying it, otherwise it will pile a bit.

For me i use this as a moisturiser after serum since my oily skin cant handle adding more. This cream is moisturising enough for me and it feels heavy if i add more

i use it after moisturiser as i have sensitive skin! it's meant to be a treatment and does not replace a typical moisturiser. if your skin is really oily then perhaps it can act as a moisturiser. ymmv.
if youre a vitamin A newbie, i'd suggest testing it out first by going slow. since u have resilient skin, perhaps 2x a week then you can increase in frequency.

at night after serum.. if you have sensitive skin use sandwich method (light moisturiser +retinol Amazing cream +moisturiser)

I use it as a last step, no moisturiser on top of it. If I feel dry after it I can apply few drops of oil. I have sensitive rosacia skin and it worked great for me, but I fo not use it daily. started from twice a week and once my skin will get used to it I will be applying it every other day.
