Dry/Resilient
I wouldn't reccomend a drying lotion as a spot treatment but I also don't have a better recommendation :/
I use pimple patches on myself and I've heard about these popular spot treatments (asian skincare btw)

Oily/Sensitive
I wouldn't recommend either a drying lotion but the acne line by Somebymi or/and the products by Rovectin. (2 or 3 times a week either am or pm)
Iunik for sensitive skin is defin. a must and the HaruHaru Wonder toner without fragrance 🤍 (use them daily)
If you're consistent with your routine you will see results faster 😊
Pimple Patches are great too (if you like them)
Hope this helps because those products are amazing (in my opinion)❣️

I tried it already but I stopped using it after 2 months cause it's pricey and I didn't feel any progress on my face (I still get pimples 😭)
