As the temperatures start to drop, my hands start to get drier and drier... They are often chapped and red. Are there any good hand creams that help prevent, counteract and provide relief from excessive dryness?

Thank you for your advice! 😊 I already tried this cream some time ago... It's not bad, but in times when I have very dry hands, it didn't really help me much...
