Shopee ELMT

I was luckily selected as a winner for elmt's Pure Vitamin C 20% Element however when trying to claim the prize in Shopee, I am not being redirected to the product page. 🥲Tried a lot of times already but provided link isn't really working. Does anybody have a workaround for this issue? Thanks!

Omg me too! I searched it manually on shopee and entered the code myself on the voucher thing but it says that the voucher does not exist
