What products do you recommend for atopic face? I have delicate and dry skin with closed comedones.

Dry/Sensitive

My time has come. 😝 I am a dry skin girly with eczema on my face, so a lot of my picks are for helping dry skin. You want a creamy or less foamy facial cleanser to help with dry skin. Another option is a cleansing oil or cleansing balm because those are usually non stripping of moisture as well. Exfoliants can also help with dry skin, and can be used safely and without irritation as long as you do your research and don’t mix products or use exfoliants in multiple steps of your routine. You can use either a chemical exfoliant (like a toner) or a scrub as your face wash step. But I only exfoliate once or twice a week with my eczema and focus on barrier protection. You can use a milky toner/serum as well to really lock in that moisture, or use an oil based serum. Not everyone likes how oils feel on their skin though. My absolute favorite moisturizer for my eczema that I have tried from Picky, has to be the Real Hyaluronic Cream from Wellage. It’s on the thicker side because of the beeswax but holy wow did my dry skin feel amazing after using that one. Let me know if you want any more recommendations! 🥰

Atopalm is a well known Korean skincare brand that specializes in sensitive skin, including escezma. I recommend you to check some of their products :)

The only thing that has helped with mine was a steroid cream I got from the dermatologist :(
