I'd only use these pads max twice a week due to Gluconolactone & Lactobionic acid exfoliants.
The pad itself already act as physical exfoliation as well, with gauze/smooth surface side by side

Not the biggest one I've tried, but they are slightly bigger than those regular sized toner pads.

I wanted to recommend Mediheal blue ones, but they contain niacinamide. Then Benton Guava - no niacinamide and great for soothing and hydration
