I think I'm having an allergic reaction to innisfree caffeine bright eye serum.

So I tried the Innisfree caffeine bright eye serum and I'm pretty sure I'm having a bad allergy reaction to something in it. My eyes are almost COMPLETELY swollen shut!! What should I do? Should I contact the company about it? I've never had an allergic reaction to any skin care products in my life. I attached a photo any help is appreciated!!

My goodness. Go to a hospital before it gets worse!!! Contacting the company won't help you now, besides they take days to reply. Prioritize your health first

Stop using it and take antihistamines. It's an allergic reaction so antihistamines like loratadine (Zyrtec) and cetirizine (Claritine) will bring the swelling down. Applying ice wrapped in a cloth or towel (cold compress) for 15-20 minutes on the eyes can also help to reduce the swelling

I have seriously sensitive eyes and this is what mine looked like after product testing an unlabeled eye cream recently. I just kept throwing cold water over my eyes and putting a cool cloth on them and I took some Zyrtec. It took about a day and a half to look normal again, but definitely stop using it (obviously right? 😂). If you have good health insurance, you could go be seen at urgent care, but I can almost guarantee they will just suggest Benadryl or some kind of allergy medicine and keeping your eyes free and clear of any product for a few days. My eyes have looked this way many times in my life from different allergens. It sucks and I'm sorry you're going through it 😔 hope you feel better!

Here's 24 hours I just took this! I ended up having to go to the ER! I went into an anaphylactic reaction! Something inside the eye serum come to find out I'm now deadly allergic to!

Yep , discontinue use . I was told to take a Benadryl (h1 antihistamine)and a Pepsid or Zantac ( h2 antihistamine)immediately at signs of allergic reaction and have an inhailer on hand , then go to hospital immediately for epi if no one has it or can’t administer it. Please seek out care now

Yes definitely take some Benadryl ASAP and go to the hospital. My kid has allergies and has allergic reactions all the time, give her Benadryl and take her back to the dr. Don’t chance using that cream again and I wouldn’t actually use anything the dr didn’t tell me to till the swelling goes down
