I have oily skin and very sensitive eyes, the three sunscreens that worked well for me (no white cast, no greasy film and no eye stinging) are these ones ⬇️💗

Check this one. As for your eyes, if they sting with most sunscreens maybe try using a sunscreen stick around your eyes and set it with powder

Have you tried Cosrx soothing aloe sunscreen. It's so lightweight and soaks right in. No white cast at all as well

for the burning eyes bit: this can be an application issue.
you don't need to push your sunscreen all the way up to the waterline, as the chemical filters will eventually get in and sting. you can give your eyes a 1cm clearance and the formula will spread throughout the day.
Also, if you have thick eyebrows like me, I take a swab or the back of my fingernail and remove excess sunscreen buildup frkn my eyebrows. This can be the culprit that causes stinging, because it slowly leaks down into your eyes throughout the day.
